HOW THE FREE VEHICLE CHECK WORKS

The National Service Network (NSN)
To provide this service we have teamed up with the respected National Service Network (NSN) who have over 500 vehicle service centres covering the UK and Northern Ireland. NSN provide automotive services to businesses and consumers who want to be sure in the knowledge that their vehicles are maintained to the highest standards at competitive prices that they can trust. With a central control centre for customers to contact at any time, they book, manage and control every stage of vehicle servicing, maintenance or repair to ensure customers are kept informed and always receive the highest levels of service.

NSN has developed an unrivalled central system to manage vehicle service, maintenance and repair and has brought together a unique national network of independent garages who provide the highest technical and customer service standards available.

Arranging the inspection
When you purchase your warranty, we will provide a link for you to book on-line. This unique benefit must be arranged within 30 days of purchasing your policy, therefore we recommend you book your FREE optional inspection as soon as possible.
The inspection will be arranged for a date, time and location convenient to you.
The inspection will usually be carried out within ten working days

Free collection service available
For your convenience, your car can be collected and taken to the nearest approved NSN garage.
NSN has garages located throughout the UK and provides collection and delivery services on average within a 10 mile radius of the garage location.

Undertaking the Inspection
The Inspection is carried out by authorised and qualified engineers to NSN's high standards
NSN will not dismantle or remove any part of the vehicle.
The Vehicle Check report will be e-mailed to you within 2 working days of inspection.
A vehicle condition report will of course be completed both on collection and delivery.
