    After the Government announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding a new lockdown from 5th November, we wanted to outline how Click4Group are working within the guidance laid out by Government. 

    Our Customer Service Team have instigated their Coronavirus business continuity plan and are working effectively from home. On hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone, email or live chat between 10am and 4pm weekdays. 

    Claims lines will operate as normal and all websites are fully functional providing clear information guides, policy terms, quotes and online purchase. 

    Whilst we may be using our vehicles less often right now, the journeys we do make really count.  Therefore, when the Government published a list of retailers that are considered essential, it included our approved repairer, Halfords Autocentres.
