Want help to select the right product?
Our consultants are on hand during office hours to provide fast and friendly service that will help you to decide on the right product to suit your needs. Their high standard of product knowledge means you can be sure they’ll take the time to understand your requirements and answer all of your questions objectively.
Need to change or amend your policy?
If you need to update your personal details, or other information just give us a call or email us with the changes you want to make and we’ll be sure to update your policy accordingly. Remember, we never charge for any amendments… a simple call, or email, is all it takes.
Want to cancel your cover?
If, during the 21-day cooling off period, you decide you no longer need to cover your shortfall, simply call us and we’ll arrange a full refund of the premium paid. If you decide to cancel after the 21-day period, you’ll receive a refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for the period of cover you have enjoyed, less a £50 admin fee. You cannot cancel your policy however, if we’ve paid, authorised or incurred costs in relation to a claim.
