These Terms of Use apply to this Click4Warranty website (“this Website”) operated by Future 45 Limited (a limited company registered in England, registration number 05407413, and whose registered address is 3rd Floor 114a Cromwell Road, Kensington, London, England, SW7 4AG (“Click4Warranty”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Other Future 45 websites will have their own terms of use. These Terms of Use are effective from 1st July 2022 and, together with our Privacy Policy, govern Future 45’s relationship with you (“you”, “your”) in relation to this Website.
By using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, which shall take effect immediately upon your first use of this Website.

We expect that the majority of complaints will have been quickly and satisfactorily resolved at this stage but if you remain dissatisfied you can take the issue further.
In the unlikely event that the matter is still not resolved, your complaint can be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service:
The Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
Please note you have six months from the date of our final response in which to refer your complaint to the Ombudsman. Referral to the Ombudsman will not affect your right to take legal action against us. The complaints procedure above does not affect any legal right you may have to take action against us.
